I’m Cathy Goddard, Lighthouse’s Founder.  You’ll learn what I do and what I believe in throughout this website but if you’ve landed on this page, you’ll want to know about my business success.

I was born to be an entrepreneur and have started two successful businesses: an employment agency that I sold in 2008 and Lighthouse, where I get to do what I love. Success to me means these businesses were built through hard work, tenacity and being of service. Oh – and I scaled my first business to sell for 6 figures.

My super power is my passion to create content that solves my client’s problems.  And since I bring a ton of experience to the table, those problems touch diverse areas: business planning, setting goals, creating your story, attracting your ideal client and so much more.

It would be easier if I took a cookie cutter approach to everything but I don’t. It’s just not who I am and you’re unique and deserve better.

My greatest gifts are listening with genuine understanding and guiding you to the tools, resources and solutions for your business. And, if I can do that – you will design the life that you deserve to live.
